A Somewhat Depressing Thought

At the end of the rainbow there is no rainbow.

  2. It should be said that nobody makes that argument against the old "pot o'gold at the end of the rainbow" saying.

    Some of these trite sayings have no viable meaning to them, but exist only to inspire. For example, the cliché "'Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all" is only applicable to those who have had their hearts ripped out.
